Topic: Belmark is a large manufacturing organization in the packaging industry with their corporate office and multiple plant locations in NE WI. As an essential business providing packaging to food and healthcare industries, it was paramount to maintain operations to support their customers while ensuring the safety of their employees. Marie and Amanda will discuss how their family culture and drive to be all in guided the success to maintain an efficient, productive, and safe workplace.
Speaker: Amanda Brigham is the Marketing Communications Director with Belmark. Amanda graduated from Marquette University with her degree in Public Relations, Advertising and Applied Communication. Marie Herm is the Talent Development Manager with Belmark. Marie graduated from St Norbert College with her degree in International Studies/Spanish. Both Amanda and Marie sit on Belmark’s internal committee that has provided guidance and direction to the rest of the organization on how to safely continue operations over the past several months and looking ahead into the future.
